I applied as well to WSU. All requires docs submitted for about 2 weeks now for March intake. Yet to hear from them. Am I the only one waiting?

Thanks again for this helpful feedback...
The WSU campus for my Course is in Parramatta.

Another major challenge I'm facing at the moment is that most of the schools I've seen offering my course in regional areas and also some AL1 schools do not have PFL as their agent and I'm working with them already.

What do you advice please?...

Hello everyone,

Please is there any school that wont require me to pay tuition before resuming school.

Plus I wont mind if there's any scholarship I can leverage on and affordable school.

Please I need advice from those with experience.

My wife got her COE yesterday after about two weeks of payment of school fees.

She will apply for visa today and we are 99% sure it will be granted because she has travelled to Australia before now and did not overstay.

Now my question, if she is granted the visa and international students are still not allowed into Aussie, what will she do?

Will she have to differ the admission? If she does will the visa be extended to accommodate the new dates?

Please I need answers as I am confused at this stage.

I will advice prospective candidates or students to apply to regional institutions , there are many advantages. I guess from next year, if there is no any issue especially with the pandemic , overseas students will be allowed into Australia. So don't give up everything will be alright.

Yes it will, with the current event, from next year Australia borders will be opened to overseas students. Best of luck.

Hello everyone,

Please forgive my questions, there is this agent that want to process study visa for me, he said no interview ‘non appearance’ no biometric, no IELTS exams, he said the school does not require exams, is that possible? Please before I fall victim.

check up with the school if the agent is an approved one.

Hopefully the border will be open by March and if not, its either she starts online or defer, whichever way the Visa will not be extended and peradventure she defer, towards the end of her visa like 3months to go, She will request for an updated eCOE from her Uni and apply for Visa extension.
PS: About 80% of Nigerian students do extend their visa due to changing of school, program or dropping course load.

Good morning guys,

Between Curtin University and Edith Cowan University which provide a better chance for visa success. I know both are AL2 uni but between them DHA will respect one more than the other for international students.

Please I need option on which to choose.
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by AyaE: 10:42am On Dec 07, 2020
I wish I had a response for you. This post has been here for days now. All I can say is if both are on the same AL2 level they will both be given equal consideration. So just go for which best suits you. [

Good morning all,

As part of my application, Curtin University asked me the below question via my agent;

The course I am applying for is linked to my career plans and will provide me with greater opportunities in my home country. No Yes
(i) If yes, what are your future plans?

Please how should I respond, and should my response be long or short??

Give a detailed explanation why you are willing to spend A$70k plus for your Msc.

Long or short, depends on you but the key word here is Detailed Explanation and Career Progression.

Your agent should guide you!

Good evening lovely people, Please I need guidelines on which school and course to choose.
I have a degree in microbiology but have not been working since I finished my NYSC last year.... I have been into business ( I own a boutique store). Now I make up my mind to pursue my masters degree in agricultural microbiology but my concern is that I don’t know if they will accept me because have not been working in any agricultural companies so no document to prove that...

Has anyone has this kind of stuff, please I need your advice...

The student visa fee is AUD620, with the current exchange rate and charges in naira should be around 240k (+ or -). If you're not comfortable with your agent figure, get a dollar card and fund it then arrange for a time to go and pay.

I advice you defer, I dont think you would have enough time to look for another school, pay and get a COE and also still apply for February intake. You can just defer, get an update COE and apply for visa then you chill, lol.

Defer the admission. The school isn't going anywhere and they need money so just chill till June.
