Fearcom: How do you want an illiterate to understand these layman explanation you tried to give. Some people are just not teachable. Search all developing Crude Oil dependent developing Nations like Nigeria. Na die them dey. e.g Venezuela. In the case of Nigeria, the then Finance Minister under GEJ Okonjo-Iweala and the Then CBN Governor Sanusi like prophets were shouting and warned of this imminent situation which we now find ourselves and are Blaming it on Buhari. According to the GEJ's Finance Minister she said and I quote "Ín 2015, there was no political will to save to cushion the effect of the foreseen plunge in oil Revenue due to the coming elections" Mind you, the first deep in oil prices was cushioned by the savings, but the 2nd one there was no political will to save. Hence, it manifested exactly as sanusi predicted in 2015. https://www.nairaland.com/2950643/sanusi-predicted-economic-crisis-t Watch the video and draw your own conclusion. Even if you are mostly underdeveloped and languish in abject poverty I won't underestimate no one. But believe it when I say this the odds are against you guys from there. Someone said if you weren't in Minna yesterday for IBB's daughter's wedding, you are just a tenant in Nigeria. The landlords gathered to wine and dine. Someone complained about the number of private jets flown into the city yesterday as the Abuja-Minna road isn't motorable. Another one argued it doesn't matter. It was a class thing and it is rare seeing a JSS1 boy play ludo with someone writing UTME. Someone also wondered why suicide bombers ignored these enemies of Nigeria and decided to attack University of Maiduguri, a citadel of learning where dreams are being built and nurtured. Someone somewhere close to the wedding venue said he strained his eyes looking for the leaking PDP umbrella and the tiny APC broom yesterday and had to go home disappointed when he saw all of them hugging and smiling without talking about their parties. Someone faraway in Abeokuta decided to analyze their sitting positions and nearly ended up in the hospital. His blood pressure rose. Another one, a popular PDP apologist in Enugu, broke down in tears yesterday. He saw 'Bola Tinubu, the man behind his hero's political and electoral fate who still lambasted him days ago in Lagos, seated beside Goodluck Jonathan smiling sheepishly to the cameras. Someone, an unrepentant APC loyalist, saw Ali Modu Sheriff and Ahmed Markafi stand together. He had always prayed for the total collapse of PDP. He couldn't eat yesternight anyway. Someone watched Channels Television news and saw Governor Ganduje and his sworn enemy Kwankwaso seated inches apart. He is still praying to God to wake him from his nightmare. Another one made sure he followed the news on radio waiting for any divisive religious matter to be raised only to hear voices of Bukola Saraki, a muslim, and Yakubu Dogara, a christian, screaming for those expensive wines. He is still changing stations with hopes. Someone checked online media outlets yesternight and saw pictures of Yorubas, Hausas, Fulanis, Igbos all under one roof with their different tribal wears. There was no tribal statement. No tribal war. He broke the screen of his phone. Here we are. Continue defending these people who have divided you along religious, ethnic and tribal lines. See how AtlanticBreeze and his legion of wailing Osus from the land of gully erosion have been decimated on their own thread. Please who was the President in power when the scam occurred? Is it not the Clueless One. Did the drunken master of Otuoke not set up a jamboree committee to authenticate the veracity of the abduction? What was the feedback from Gej's committee after 2wks? Did the shepopotamus wife of the Stealing is not Corruption President not shedding crocodile tears on national TV over the abduction? A member of PDP from SE confirmed the abduction was real and that he was well aware of the negotiations that crumbled? Have we all forgotten how the President of Chad Idris Derby 419-ed GEJ in the name of negotiating? Why did GEJ gave Chad money for negotiation if indeed Chibok was a scam. The people calling it scam are from SE, just because they could not get over GEJ's loss. we do not care. Lagoon is there if you feel it is a scam. As for me, 3million Osus dying during civil war was a greater scam. 1 Like |

dragonking3:. Don't you know that those promises were made based on the statistics and figures that the PDP government were dishing out to Nigerians and this statistics and figures later turned out to be fake and wrong. There was no way the APC would have known that because they had no access to the real informations at that time. The figures and statistics about our economy and foreign reserve were all fake and lie,PDP just wanted to use those fake information to win the 2015 elections and it was only when APC took over power that they really knew that all those informations were fake and the present government have tried and i will repeat it that it could have been worse than this if not for Buhari. We all remember how Ngozi the former finance minister warned Nigerians even before PDP lost the 2015 election that we should prepare for tougher times due to drop in oil price at international market. Were are just too unfair to Buhari. A woman that did not gather water when it rains should not expect to see water to use if no more rain. We had oil boom and did nothing with it but we expect Buhari to perform magic that the previous government could not perform with crude oil selling as high as $140 per barrel then. 2 Likes |

PHILipu1:What on earth are you taking about? Is it PDP that made the promises or APC? Buhari made a promise that once elected, government officials will not travel out for medical treatment(no foreign health care) ..Today where is Buhari receiving his own medical treatment? dragonking3:. His promise was that he was going to build world class hospitals and government officials will no longer travel abroad for treatment again. The PDP left any funds for such hospitals to be built within 2 years? The answer is capital NO. They left empty treasury. Did they build any world class hospital in their 16 years? The answer is also capital NO. |

obailala: May God not allow me make fun of people's misfortune. The Chibok girls were indeed captured. Oby Ezekwesilli did the right thing regardless of motive. What I am saying is that the kidnap of the girls did not fall under what was tenable under Boko Harams tactics then; they were a guerilla group and would not kidnap such large number of girls as it would inhibit easy movement. Also, that they went behind enemy lines just to kidnap the girls does not fit in. Why take that much risk even knowing that it could jeopardize ur strategy? This leaves us with the strong possibility that the Kidnap of the girls which happened no doubt was a contract work done by Boko Haram in exchange for money since every other motive is weak. "Who paid them to do it?" is the question now. 1 Like |
