The Nigeria transportation system wore a new look with the advent of Uber Taxi and others few years
ago.

Uber came to Nigeria almost 3 years ago and apparently changed the face of road transportation in Lagos
state and later Abuja with new innovation that is characterized with decency in operations of dealing
with customers which is not synonymous with our old system of Taxi when its comes to transportation
system.

One of the advantages of that graced the advent of UBER TAXI in Nigeria it came a time when the situation of unemployment in the country is at its climax as many believe that the UBER TAXI system with provides jobs for many unemployed Nigerian youth most especially in Lagos.

Yes, There are jobs , Uber actually provided jobs but the question is What is the quality of jobs created and what are the conditions attached??
As we all aware that UBER TAXI is an international company that branches in more than 100 countries
around the world , developed , underdeveloped and developing.

For those who have travelled abroad especially to advanced Europe countries and America will be conversant with the system of employment and the obligation of the employers to the employees when it comes to Labour system.

Personally , I have been observing Uber activities and operations here in Nigeria for a while now and I noticed that UBER has done a little to improve the condition of service of their partner drivers who I sees as the stronghold of their business when it comes to human resources.
