Does state INEC have power to disqualify candidates based on a case that is still in court? What happen if Sheriff now loses at the supreme court. Since the law says its political parties that wins elections and not candidates it means the state INEC has already shut out a political party from a democratic process which is illegal.

What's d difference between PDP and APC?

Their is nothing illegal what the INEC did, because as it now ALI MODU SHERIF is the national chairman of The PDP constitutionally, except if the supreme Court rules order wise. That is why governor of Bayelsa state. says if by election is going to hold in MAKARFI'S ward today ALI MODU SHERIF is going sign as chairman not MAKARFI
