Nice piece but point 1 and 4 seems to contradict each other. How can you tear your mussles without feeling pain? Infact the pain is a proof that there is an expansion in the mussle. The pain makes you stroger and hard but with time you wont feel it again after healing.

No pain, no gain.

The last time I did road work I felt sever body pains for two days, I Jugged for more than an hour nonstop. Since den I gave up jugging to football, I don't miss my football most Sunday's. It keeps me fit.

You are correct. Push ups does not burn fat. It just to strengthen those muscles as you mentioned above. It is used to keep the already developed muscles in check. Even if one does push-ups real fast, it still won't burn fat. Strength training(weight lifting) and some cardios can burn fat real good.
