The woman not to be blamed for the following:-
1. The soldier was not in uniform,
2. The soldier stopped her at a very quiet and lonely area,
3. The soldier had a pistole on himself,
4. With the spate of robbery incidents recorded recently in that area, anyone could have done same.

However, i blame irate youths and the elder of the affected community should be blamed for jungle justice.

She did nothing by raising an alarm. We should all be security conscious. She is guilty like all others, because she participated in the murder. And also the onlookers are partially culpable as well.
