Moreover, since you raised the issue of local government councils, can I also ask what he has done to ensure that they are managed by ELECTED councillors always AND that the portion of the state's IGR is allocated to them monthly as stipulated in our constitution in ADDITION to their share of the federal allocation?

the local government councils are managed by the council chairmen/chairpersons what counsellors do is bring report from their wards and table before the chairman and agreements are made on what needs to be done. even in the council there are council managers that also take care of activities in the council. to your question sir we have 57lga lcda inclusive anybody can raise that but am happy u raised it cos am sure the op will have a link to him so maybe they will read our comments. but sir do u think the council can manage such funds without misappropriation.
