N-POWER UPDATE ON BACKLOG PAYMENT: Resolve Payment Issues - www.npvn.npower.gov.ng

The issue of nonpayment of stipends to empower volunteers has been of great concern to all especially the N-power team, who are working round the clock to see that all payment issues especially the case of backlog are resolve and paid immediately.

So many volunteers have complain of not being paid after working for five months but forget that they must scale through three vital process before payment can be effected. These must be met by all and they include; volunteer must be verified, volunteer must be under 35years as of December 31 2016, and must possess the right certificates.

It has also come to the notice of the N-power team that certain people are posting the personal phone numbers of State Focal Persons on social media. This is a violation of Privacy and those persons must desist from such act. The official channel to communicate is through the NPVN Help portal, selction@npower.gov.ng and official phone lines.

Please note that anyone who does not lodge complaints through the NPVN Help Portal, email and on the approved official lines will not be attended to. The N-power team is committed to ensuring that the issues that many face are resolved. You are advice to follow all instructions diligently.
