“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you" - Miranda Right.

When a Nigeria(n) Police or a Sworn Federal Agent usually say this to about to be arrested suspect, do they really mean this statement or they're just been professional? I asked this because, I had being to law court severally, yet no statement was resurrected against a suspect (haven't seen those who argued with Police during arrest).

Professional in the house, please enlighten me, so when next a Police try to violate my right, I will know how to go about it.
