The first thing i'd advise you to do is to cease watching porn. Stop it. it's ruining your mind bit by bit and though you might not conform to the moral notions that depict pornography as evil, you must try not to view it anymore.
Also try meditation, it helps calm the mind. You can also consider quitting masturbation too due to the fact that the addiction is stronger than others(drugs and alcohol)
If you can go to church for deliverance, that would be cool too.

thank you so much, you're very correct, anything pornography always trigger the situation, have tired not to always be alone, but I'm not the type that make friends, I'm a shy type at first ( but talkative when we are close) that's why I'm always on internet to keep me busy, but guess what, internet is making the matter worse. unclad pics everywhere, have tried the pastor stuff not working, I end up having sex with some pastor relative and church member.. I'm totally confused I'm must confess
