I think it boils down to two things,.1) is environment and passed on ideas,.2) is lack of clearly defined motive going into relationships.

the first one is mostly phsycological,.people who mess people up have been messed up or thought by messed up people that its a messed up world and messing up is the only way to avoid beign messed up by your partner as you are now believing they will mess up.( ;DI did not read that after typing it)

on the second,.be specific and tell your partner what you want,if things are not going that way quit..(eg: if its one night stand say,if its lovy dovy say,if you want marriage say).just helps everyone so you wount start teaching the next generation based on ur bad experience.

how ever bad we think it is people are still having it good out there,.as in really good
