Why Do You Have A Facebook Page by Katier00(f): 9:40pm On Jul 21, 2017
Recently I asked myself a simple question, why do I have a Facebook account and how has it impacted my life for good. After trying to answer this thought provoking question . I decided to deactivate my account because I can use that time for more productive things. My question is why do you have a Facebook account and how has it impacted your life

Hello dear, before you deactivate can I please use your account to increase my number of followers..I have been trying to build my followers which is one of the reason why I have not been active on nairaland..

I am a health blogger and I wish to do your account no harm.. If you want to talk more on this... Just drop the link to your facebook profile and we can chat there.

OP, do the same to your Nairaland account.
You complain about Facebook yet this medium is the biggest time waster on the internet.

From the connections to the thought provoking topics and the wonderful friends I have made coupled with my desire to explore non-traditional career paths, facebook is hardly a time waste.

The only advice is that everything should be done in moderation.

I thought of deactivating my account too a few times because I'm never online in facebook, I can't even remember the last time I checked my facebook page.

PS facebook is fuking boring, very dry also, I don't even chat on facebook, it's usually through whatsapp that I chat with friends, and nairaland is where I come to for entertainment. I don't even talk to my friends on facebook anymore, the last time I did, was when I lost Some of my contacts so I sent a msg to a few of them to message me on whatsapp so I would restore their numbers and they all sent me a whatsapp msg except for one philipine girl like this that I knew way back when I was schooling in Malaysia, she have not even responded to my message uptil today and I did not even bother to contact her again, afterall, i am not a persistent person when it comes to friendship and I am an introvert so I don't depend on friends or people for company.

Become a football fan by following any top football club and reading comments on goal.com facebook page. It is great fun reading many comments from fans across the globe. Life is too short not to have fun bro.

Facebook page have always been very useful for me since I opened it some years ago, I have gotten some few clients whom I still get in touch with. I think if you want to create awareness and online presence for your business or services its one of the best platform to start with.
I'm thinking of running an ads for my service very soon.
