I would recommend Speedyconnect. I am using them to host my site https://www.dailytechnet.com and for the past 3 months I've only experienced 1 downtime and it lasted 5 minutes. I am not so sure about their Unlimitedness but i do know that they are good and the support system is crazy, I once chatted them around 3am in the midnight cus i was working on the site and i was suprised to see they were online and replied instantly..I was having issue with the SSL of which they assisted me and even did the work both on their end and on my site's end.
