Lolz. This one na smoked corn.
It's pretty healthy jare. U put the corn without removing the covering in the fire. It's only the back that gets burnt. E sweet no be small.

Nah so we do our own olden days and we still here

Roast Na Roast it doesn't really matter how u roast the maize.

That's the beauty of the roasting

They are actually steaming the corn for eating. That's how day-old heads of corn are prepared for consumption on farmlands and in most rural settings where there are no kitchen utensils nor equipments.

That way, the moisture in the shaft would eventually cook the corn under moderate heat.

It's so so healthy.

Chai Ajebo guys, u will end up eating smoked maize, then u will be polluting around, use the furnace it will roast well, even that of gay is not guarantee u will have stomach problem.

that's the best way seff,the sweetness will remain intact.

only farmer like me can understand this.

The idea is simple. The flame will penetrate the cover and eventually boil the corn inside.

NOTE: the fire will never get inside

It is very healthy
If you are in doubt go to your village and see it done
