Yoruba have large number of Muslims that is why you see more northerners owning properties there due to the religion they practice.
Why do you think these other tribes or regions dont own properties in the east like the way Igbo's do? it clearly shows you that Igbo's are highly magnanimous and have the one Nigeria project at heart more than every other tribe.
