Sure, a lot of trannies (guys) see their body modifications as INVESTMENTS.
They can get these things and there are folks who would pay them much more than the average cis-gendered female slut because a tranny would be seen as "an exotic experience" by rich sexual deviants.

There are even some women who like/crave trannies, so you don't have to actually be gay (though more often than not, you would have to).

All that being said, As to why a grown ass man would decide to do that to himself and complicate his life is really fawking beyond me.
