As long as she is above 18, she has the legal right. We don't even know if she is the one sponsoring herself through school or if her siblings are under her care as well. If only the police can say the truth, the guy win the case both in police or in court. Reason because the girl didn't bargain any price with the guy, and again you don't know if is day break or shot time.
For me the guy have try his better to give her what he have so the best thing for the girl to do is to collect it like that and learn her lessons in case of next time.

Sex for money is illegal in Nigeria and as such, one cannot litigate it in any court of law in Nigeria, should they be cheated or short-changed during the processing regarding the money or the act.

The lady is in more problem by her agreeing to having sex for fees. The guy should maintain his stands of knowing that, she was a runs girl and never bargained any price with the lady and never intended paying for sex...if he is wise, while in front of the car, out of the 3k, he should slip 2k to the police in front and keep 1k...they will let him go and book the lady on account of her confessions of having sex for fees and she would have to pay money to bail herself out.

The truth is, ladies like these end up missing, she is lucky, the guy is kool, calm and collected...my guess is, she will try this again on the wrong guy and at the wrong time and will regret it, if she ever live to tell the story.
