Their staff quaters looks way better than that of FUTA, dunno what we did wrong in this country. I dont know why you had to single out FUTA staff quarters but you are right anyway....however that staff quarters was built in the 80s so it will be a bit inaccurate to compare them in this manner...maintenance is key.
