I have had this innovative idea for years. I don't have the financial strength to actualize it but that is not even the major problem because I know banks and investor will be interested. The major challenge is how I can possibly get the attention of government. I don't want to believe it's impossible.

This is a solution that is in line with smart Lagos. I can't say much but I really wish this medium will get me the attention of Lagos State Governor.

Kindly help me get the attention of His Excellency Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. It's my desire to see this solution implemented.

Put your frying pan on fire add butter and sugar to melt on low heat remove from heat once your sugar has dissolved immediately pour over your popcorn. You can also put sugar and butter into the microwave faster.

Some people will not understand what you posted here. They don't understand because they don't get estimated bills. It has nothing to do with whether you are having 24 hours light or not. Imagine not having electricity for a total of 150 hours a month. Added to the fact that you come home from work around 8:00PM and there's no electricity, you have to turn on generator. At the end of the month you get a bill reading over 700 units. Multiply that with this crazy new billing rate and you know that these guys are out to frustrate people.
I use prepaid, recently delivered from Estimated bills from Ikeja Electricity and I can tell you, there's a lot of difference.
