Well from my own view I dont think this will be a wise choice, wood floor wont last in Nigeria cos of sand factor, if in the bedroom or private areas hmmm mayB.It would cost 2much to maintain as you just said, sanding and re finishing,do you realy want to have a re acurent expenditure on your flooring

I must be honest, some of us aren't helping issues here and all we can do is to attack and attack but we have no impact to make financially.

Same way I adviced Oga qc1 to deal with brabus offline so he can come to the site to fix the errors but he chooses to listen to "ariwo oja" and these noises won't add a damn to his wallet cos everybody have what they are using their money for. I'm going to teach him a lesson. There are more domain names (they cost me 1 cent for the year) I cannot publish those on here as it'll earn me a ban, but they can be found easily on the web as soon as Google picks them up.
