I was invited to the Nokia Bloggers Forum at the Robert's Cafe on Isaac John Street, G.R.A. Ikeja, Lagos. I came with Alchemy, the Nigerian Hip-hop artiste. A young manager from Nokia Nigeria welcomed us and we sat down facing a buffet It was a small place and that meant only few people were invited. We were waiting for the other invited bloggers when the Manager for Communications, Nokia West Africa, Ngozi Anene arrived and she was very receptive as we discussed before Sede Giwa-Osagie Ikeji (Mrs.) of The Quadrant Company arrived with her colleague Efe and company. Then Dele Momodu, the Publisher of the popular OVATION magazine entered and he came alone. He was looking simple in casual dress and footwear. I stood up and greeted him as I shook his hands before he sat down. I reminded and thanked him for paying the artiste fees of the cast of my Sleepless Night political drama in 2002. Then I left him to enjoy his lunch before the place became crowded.
