Whenever Biafra is agreed on and we know the ethnic make up of Biafra is decided through referendum, a sovereign national conference must be convened in which all the ethnic groups discuss and decide what form government Biafra should be, restructuring, resource control, revenue sharing formular, devolution of power as well as a constitution reflective of the people. All these things are not possible in Nigeria as the North will never allow any of them.

Of course. That is ideally how a country should start. Different ethnic nations choosing to be with who they think is more similar to them in outlook. Not the Nigerian situation where people who have nothing in common are brought together by colonial action and are fighting each other everyday
