I so much admire this elegant young king (Oni of Ife). My friend the way I rate people, places and systems is by their sustainability, their ability to project a positive future. A good parent in one that produces a kid better than himself to keep the good name of the family alive. A good CEO is one that will keep the company running long after his departure. A good president is one who will leave the country stronger, more united and more prosperous. That is one having better fundamentals than he met it.

That is why I say it is not in the number of roads built, the foreign reserve, exchange rate or even inflation. The parent may not have wealth to bequeath, the company may not be paying great salaries or providing officials cars to staff but if the fundamentals of justice, equity, the rule of law can be advanced, it is the biggest sign this country will be around in a hundred years and it is this stability that brings prosperity. Who will invest in a country torn apart by constant ethic turbulence.

So you can rate all leaders from independence till today and find out who did most to guarantee that.
