The throne of God or Temple of God is the body of every individual. It's a shame people have been ill educated to think there is a throne out there. Your body is the temple or throne, the real you is the God sitting or residing in it.

The Almighty God is formless and does not have or need a throne. The lesser gods in the spiritual hierarchy have form and have thrones and also have favourite people.

The only problem is that People don't even know the real status of the god they are following and worshiping.
The Almighty God of course has no need for your worship and we are all Its favourite children and within It we live, move and have our being.

I usually do not comment on threads like this but today lemme leave my 2cents. Firstly I feel arguing about wether God's throne is symbolic or not is unnecessary. No one can completely understand God. Infact we are still struggling to understand his creation. Secondly, trying to understand spiritual things with logic only is madness. The bible says God is a spirit and they that worship him must do so in spirit and in truth. We also understand from the Bible that God is omnipresent this means that he is everywhere at the same time. Therefore his throne is both symbolic and otherwise. He is God. He sits on the throne in heaven as a king and also dwells in us at the same time. The way you see or experience him depends on your relationship with him.
