have started doing this at my 15th year of my life,i really wanna stop this ,but all my effort always went in vein ,get myself to counseling maybe it will stop.it increases everyday, i am even afraid to sleep aside wit my sisters cos ,my huge know no boundary .my main problem is my sex huge is very high that i can't have girl for a month

ure way too young 2 start having sex,cos ure not mentally,financially n socially responsible n independent.i'm sure ure still in secondary school.stuffs dat should occupy ur teenage mind is uracademic books,t.v,ur friends,parents n nofin more.as for ur masturbating habits,start from ur mind.if u dont imagine ,think or meditate on lustful things u wount have d urge n in case u watch pornographic films u'll do ur mind n psyche a whole lotta good if u stay away from dem.addicts tend 2 view women as inferior n sex objects,dey dont see beyond their nose.n lastly if u start having sex now u diminish ur intellectual capacity 4 u 2 understand quickly n scenes of d dirty escapades will be running tru ur mind while in lecture or reading,u find out u cant concentrate.

there is different way to look at your problem. first i would ask you "how old are you?" and then "what are you doing to get some REAL toto?"
at a certain age,teenager go through puberty and therefore discovering themselves and their bodies.
m, asturbation should be a way to ease/discover yourself if you aint got toto but it should NEVER be a substitute for the real thing.

also i would ask you "what do you M asturbate with?", maybe you have to do it "cold turkey" and remove all the magazine,phone photos/videos, internet links to p, orn, and try to focus on going out there in the real world and meeting some women who will be willing to give you some.

of course we have to remember that if you M asturbate and fantasize about some weird stuff like zoophilia (s, ex with animals), scatophilia/urophilia (s, ex involving excrements or urine), pedophilia (s, ex involving children) or any extreme sexual fantasy then you need to see a specialist that might help you deal with such pleasures in a country like 9ja.
remember that there is nothing wrong in M asturbating once in a while but if you do it 5times a day then you have a more serious problem!
