Josh, 36, married at 20, divorced by 23. His then wife hated all the work he was always doing. His parents owned a very successful construction company and Josh had been working there since he was 16. His hours would vary, but a normal day was 11 hours. So it was really not conducive to a marriage and maybe start a family. His older sister Amy works there too, and she is married to one of the forman.
