How is there a Biafra police when there is no Biafra??

They were police officers in Nigeria and had to fight on their (Biafra) side when the war broke out. When the war ended and it was declared a "no victor, no vanquished" end, a program of integration was declared by the federal government. However, it is yet to be carried out even after decades of proclamation as can be seen in all federal policies against south east. This present move is constitutionally right and long overdue although I am yet to understand why that number is the number of people in the police as at the time.

We need rail lines to all eastern states not useless waste going from Daura to Niger Republic, We need seaport in Onitsha,One Rivers State,Warrior,Calabar, dredging of Oguta lake to take light cargoes. International airports in the East. The only one in Enugu and Portharcouth have been abandoned to die and made non flight fit. We need cargo airport in Ebonyi, good federal roads in the east and withdrawal of hoodlums who parade in form of police,custom, FRSC rouges to extort and steal from commuters. Equitable appointment and representation else let us go. We need Biafra and nothing more
