sad No wonder there is mass failure in the east. Their academic performance is below average and yet they try to compete with Yoruba's who are more sound intellectually and more sophisticated. Yoruba's remain the pillar of education in Nigeria. Thanks to Baba Awolowo

The error is symbolic of the face beside it.

Every time I see this man, I remember Dino Melaye. They look alike and act without shame.

They are the type of people you see and you’ll feel embarrassed because they would not fail to do something silly and very very awkward.
They would do those things and feel good about themselves. What a shame.

Rochas came back from the US and first thing he did was to erect a billboard of him laughing sheepishly beside Obama!

Dino is in Russia taking pictures with his fellow clowns.

A paternity test should be conducted on Rochas and Dino. They might be twins separated at birth.

Why didn't anyone see the error before putting it up there. They should take it down with immediate effect.

All five universities and polytechnics in Imo state are in or nearest Owerri.

Orlu which has no tertiary institution gave the highest number of votes to Rochas Okorocha in 2011 and begged him to establish a public tertiary institution in Orlu area.

Instead, Okorocha built another university campus in Owerri Mbaise-Nor-Okpalla.
He built a new college of education in Okigwe zone.

But he built his private university in his hometown Ogboko. It's common knowledge that private university has little or no benefit to the area it's located.

Okorocha sold his political credit in Imo state beginning in Orlu.

Who on this planet can say what sins Orlu committed against Rochas Okorocha by giving him the highest number of votes in 2011?

Orlu risked everything if Ohakim had won in 2011.

But it has become political suicide for Orlu to give Rochas Okorocha the highest number of 30000+ votes, highest than any of the 27 lgas in the first ballot; votes that assured Okorocha for the supplementary elections against PDP's rigging machinery then.

Okorocha, Orlu shall never forgive you for the sins you committed against us. You have one year to retrace your steps.

Which mass failure? What do you understand by mass faliure?
The region that produce best results in Waec every year. The region that dominate academic excellence in Nigeria and in the diaspora.
Did the students construct the Billboard? I have solicited for the services of a typist or printer and they end up spoiling my work with huge grammatical errors on many occasions.
Why do you Yoruba people resent Igbos so much?
