I pity Delta state because their governor does not have time for the citizens. The only thing that brings Delta together he has sold, Delta line. Other governors/states are farming while he is waiting for allocation sharing and bailout funds which he will pocket without paying teachers and pensioners or sell Delta state properties and replacing with nothing.
