As for me township o because all this our red cap elders are too dangerous. I will first gain a ground at the city before coming back to flaunt wealth at the village should incase anything happens. My building at the city wil be my families Hope.

It depends on the need of the individual. Build first in your village and keep on paying high rent while living in the city to me it doesn't make sense. As for the red cap men you talked about they are everywhere.

My brother it all depends where you spend most of your time.

The first place to build your house is where you spend your time most, your immediate family stays and your every day activities revolves around. The main purpose of building a house is to provide shelter for you and your immediate family which in the long run will reduce your monthly expenses. If you stay more in the village and you or your partner's work/ business is around there nothing stops you from first building there. If you have sorted out your accommodation issue you can start looking at building for either business purpose or pleasure.

If the money is there, you can build simultaneously,if not build close to where your earnings is coming from..
If it's from the villa, fine. If it's the city then do same...

If you build in township, the money you are suppose to use to pay rent, you can then channel it to your villa home..

Township, so that you can cut down on the rent you pay. It is always cheaper to build in the village, so you can do that later. Unless you don't feel secure in the town you live, then you can build a house in the village first...otherwise, it is better to build in the town first. It is more economical...well, unless you just want to show off in the village, then go ahead and build in the village first.
