All over the world, such concessioned road builds have a fixed term and fixed amount of charge which is always agreed before the project starts and the IMPUTS OF THE CITIZENS are taken into account because they wiill be given sits of the Panel to approve the project.

But in Nigeria generally, criminals masquerading as Politicians, use their friends as FRONTS to acquire such projects and the contract is done secretly and it is so "one-sided" that the citizens are shafted like a LovePeddler!

I tell you, this Ambode cannot do a single project in Lagos except there is a "Retrun On Investment" for him and his fronts, in it.

But Lagosians did not really have much choice in thelast elelction, just like other Nigerians, they were expected to chose between Jimi Agbaje (from PDP Rogue party) and Ambode (from APCheats and Tinubu dynasty)!

How can people pay N200 per pass, not per day o, where u can pass as many times as you want, but just for a pass.

M400 per day if you do to and fro, N800 if you forget your bag at home, N1,200 if you are have a busy day. All just to drive on a road that was already there.

Or better they should be innovative, 80% of vehicles through the gate make at least a to and fro every day, once you make a payment of #200 in the morning for to, then you should be able to access fro for free in the evening thereby decongesting the traffic caused by change. They will never think that way because they just wanna make more greedy money .

The money is too much even the initial price was too much let alone this new price. Welcome to Nigeria where abnormal things becomes normal.

The large increase and short notice is to create room for negotiations. After citizen complaints they can now act like responsive leaders by reducing it by 50% and extending notice to January 1, 2018.
