From far distances aircrafts with low RCS stand a better chance of not being detected first. The closer they get, there more their RCS becomes higher. Stealth aircrafts like F22 have an RCS of 0.0000001 sqm and with an RCS like that you stand far better chance of not being detected at all.

Gripen supercruises at mach 1.15 at sea level clean thus it is possible with minimal load like two bombs go above mach 1 thus go behind enemy lines and bomb the runway or hangars or radar station.
