Msauza: Now I hope that Naijapindish will understand that the quickest way for any foreigner to acquire citizenship is through marriage. All other avenues are taking long especially to my fellow uneducated Nigerians who cannot convince our government about their skills, so that they can be granted permanent residence permit and consequently citizenship after five years. The only way left for them is to marry whoever they see wearing a dress across the streets to make a wife. Ignorant ranting!! You still cannot deal with the solid points provided. Until you get out of your Thokoza location you'll never be able to comprehend how foreigners are taking over your arena with the best jobs, houses, cars and bank accounts, without the South African wedlocks that you are so fixated on. Why would any informed foreigner spend five horrible and risky "married" years waiting just to be able to apply for permanent residency whereas he can apply instantly based on other grounds like exceptional skills and receive the permit 6 - 8 months after?!! Your Home Affairs officials can even fast-track the application with a few hundred rands wired to them Your brain continues to fail you!! Long and short of the story is that you should spare your women all the insults because they choose to be with foreigners. Rather show yourself as exceptionally skilled as the foreign men who mostly become permanent residents on the grounds of scarce/exceptional skills among other grounds!! Don't bother thanking me for the education. This one is free!! |

Msauza: Two universities could not teach you enough? Kindly study your SA Immigration Act of 2002 as amended in 2004 ... Spend a lot of time on Sections 26 and 27. There you'll see clearly that being married to a South African is not a guarantee to permanent residency or citizenship. In direct response to your wrong notion, it costs less in personal, emotional and financial investment acquiring permanent residency on other grounds than via marriage!! Even after my free education to you, your brain is still not responding. Mr. Shibobo MsauZA, make sure to always keep the words "fully embedded" in your mind. I rest this matter! Bring on the next!! |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 10:13pm On Jul 28, 2013 |
GidiNaijaPikin: You failed yet again. The most simplest way in South Africa to acquire permanent residence and eventually citizenship is through marriage. That route is even taken by the richest of your fellow Nigerians here in SA. So, do you think they have time to waste to explore other routes? Definitely, NO!!! |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by GidiNaijaPikin: 10:25pm On Jul 28, 2013 |
Msauza: Lost in your lonely world!! Where do you really live in? I feel so sorry for your ignorance in the face of all the articulated facts! And you reckon that they have not utiliesed the other paths? Save your young heart and soul from an early demise at the expense of xenophobia-driven notions!! Six+ years via marriage versus 6-8 months via other grounds ... which is faster? Abeg use your freaking God-given brain for once!! "Fully embedded" is the word!! No time!! |

GidiNaijaPikin: A deserved place that you can't describe. Your comments are empty. You are a child. Half-polished by South Africa. Now you think you know something. You're still Naai-gerian. And your time in Hillbrow won't change that. What could you possibly have to say to a South African? |

GidiNaijaPikin: Does MAJORITY mean ALL in nigerian English? The only reason you've been jumping around liked a crazed monkey over this topic for two days straight is cause the one you're with fits our description! It doesn't matter how hard you try to twist our comments. Fact is, you lot would rather date, marry and procreate with SAn women despite their backgrounds than with your fugly nigerian women. If our women truely loved you mofos, they would give your kids nigerian names, they would insist that you teach your kids your languages, they wouldn't hesitate to move permanently to nigeria...but instead they opt to only visit nigeria during xmas holidays...while all year round they're South Africanizing. your arsses to a point where you end up calling yourselves South African - Nigerians. Talk about dominance. Shame! We all know that being with a SA woman is some sort of an achievement to you numpties. Just be happy with what you got. Lol...you wouldn't. be a true nigerian if you didn't join the xenophobia chorus. So go on bobbe, sing your lungs out! 3 Likes |

GidiNaijaPikin: We are yet you see even a single iota of wisdom coming from your side. You keep crying for South Africans to love you. In every thread that you visit, whether as All4Naija or Naai-jaPigoon. You keep singing the same song. One would swear that South Africans have an obligation to love you. Begging and pleading for love. |

Tumisang: Small brains, no intellect!! When you can't handle an intelligent debate you basically become a rabid attack dog! Deal with the true facts of my comments! It's your South African women you are insulting and denouncing here and not Nigerians of foreigners! Since you feel so strongly about your views ... Maybe we should help you announce to the whole world that ALL SOUTH AFRICAN WOMEN ARE PROSTITUTES AND ASHAWOS Hopefully we Nigerians will not be attacked on the streets of Nigeria when the news is out!! South Africa ... the rainbow country of amagoshas and prostitutes a.k.a ashawos!! That's why SANDF goes to DRC to r.ape, molest and steal from prostitutes? |

GidiNaijaPikin: This man here does not know a thing or two about immigration legislation in South Africa. Here under is a complete immigration Act amended 2004 http://www.lhr.org.za/policy/immigration-act-13-2002-amended-2004 In South Africa we have an Act termed PAJA (Promotion of Administrative Justice Act) which regulate the actions of organ of states and in this case would be Director General of Home Affairs. The afore-mentioned act provide that the actions of organs of state should be responsible when they are administering the Act. Their action should always be deemed to be legal, procedural and reasonable. Thus, even though the Director General has discretion "the use of may" under Article 26 and 27 (Subsections needed) to grant or deny the permanent residence to foreign husband, that does not mean foreign husbands married to SA citizens cannot be granted permanent residence. Remember that for any rejection of permanent residence to a legally married foreign husband, the DG will be forced to ensure if his/her actions are, inter alia; -within the perimeters of the law -were procedurally fair, and -sufficient reasons should be given for failure to grant permanent residence to a good faith foreign husband. It is however very seldom that such applications would be rejected to a good faith legally married foreign spouse. 2 Likes |

The "brainless" maggots have built a military far better than Naai-geria's. The "brainless" maggots put forward far better arguments than Naai-gerians do. The "brainless" maggots are clearly better and far more advanced as a species. The Naai-gerian humanoids are stuck in an era, sadly. The era is called "when we were giants". Nigerians and their empty chest beating, here are the top young millionares in Africa, as can be seen East and South Africans dominate the list. Before reaching the age of 40, ten African entrepreneurs are among the top millionaires in Africa. While in their 20s and 30s, many of the young entrepreneurs launched multi-million dollar companies after dropping out of school, quitting their jobs, or because Africa was in need of such business. Both male and female, here are ten successful young Africans who are running top businesses in Africa. Mohammed Dewji, Tanzania, 38 Mohammed Dewji is the CEO and primary shareholder of one of East Africa’s largest industrial conglomerates in East Africa known as Mohammed Enterprise Limited (METL). Dewji’s father, Gualm Dewji, founded METL as a trading company. Gualm passed the torch onto his son who was responsible for transforming the conglomerate from a trading house to an industrial power company. Based on the company website, the METL Group represents a business with a diverse interest in trading, agriculture, manufacturing, energy and petroleum, financial services, and other businesses. The company employs over 20,000 employees and generates an annual turnover of $2 billion dollars. Igho Sanomi, Nigeria, 38 Since 2004, Igho Sanomi has been founder of the Nigerian trading company, the Taleveras Group. The Taleveras Group offers solutions in energy, power, and construction services. Before founding the Taleveras Group, Sanomi earned his bachelor’s degree in geology and mining and rose to the position of Executive Director with Sarian Oil and Cosmos Oil AG, an international oil trading company. As Executive Director, he developed trading operations and strategic alliances with a major international oil trading group in Switzerland. Now as the CEO of the Taleveras Group, Sanomi turned the company into an internationally recognized energy and power conglomerate that trades more than 100 million casks of oil and several million heaps of gas, LPG, and jet fuel. The company has offices in London, Geneva, Cape Town, Dubai, Ivory Coast, Abuja, and Lagos. Quinton van der Burgh, South Africa, 36 Quinton van der Burgh Investments is an investment holding company founded by Quinton van der Burgh in 2008. The company is an investment holding company vested in coal mining and mining equipment. Before Quinton van der Burgh Investments, Van de Burgh headed the family owned business, Burgh Group Holdings, and began various other businesses including Voda-Telle International. Quinton van der Burgh and the company have also launched two reality television shows, Sharp Shooter which is a South African reality show featuring the world of photography and Clifton Shores, an unscripted drama featuring Van de Burgh about four American girls who leave the US to live and work in Clifton Beach, South Africa. Gerald Wamalwa, Kenya, 38 After quitting his job as a civil engineer, Gerald Wamalwa pursued his desire to create his own business and founded Mellech Engineering and Construction Ltd, a construction and infrastructure company focused on building projects, roads, water, sewage projects, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects. Since launching East Africa’s primary infrastructure and construction company, he has increased staff from one employee to over 30 earning a company gross of over $11 million. Along with Mellech, Wamalwa owns a Telecommunications Service Company named ACP Telecoms Ltd. Sibongile Sambo, South Africa, 39 SRS Aviation, the first black female owned aviation company, was founded and is managed by Sibongile Sambo in 2004. SRS offers professional and personalized flight options to destinations all over the world. It includes VIP Charter, tourist charter, and helicopter services. At a young age, Sambo had a desire to work with planes but the air requirement for an air hostess prevented her from doing so. However, her dream to work with planes became a reality with the passing of the Black Economic Empowerment Act in 2003. The passing of the act enabled people with disadvantaged backgrounds to partake in the economic world as entrepreneurs. After her receiving family loans and work experience, her very own airline company was born. Now, according to Forbes, SRS is a great success and makes an annual revenue of several million dollars. Khanyi Dhlomo, South Africa, 38 In the year of 2007, Khanyi Dhlomo founded Ndalo Media, a 50-50 joint venture with Media 24. Media 24 is the publishing arm of Africa’s largest media company known as Naspers and produces The Africa Channel’s weekly news series, Africa Journal. She was a news presenter at the television station owned by the South African government, SABC. From there she became an editor for one of the most popular South African women’s magazines, True Love. Ndalo Media produced several publications including Destiny and Destiny Man, popular South African lifestyle magazines, Sawubona, an in-flight magazine for South Africa Airways, as well as online publications, DestinyConnect.com and DestinyMan.com which have become South Africa’s fastest growing social networks for entrepreneurs and businesspeople. Along with her publications, Dhlomo owns Luminance, a high end fashion and lifestyle concept store in South Africa. Patrick Ngowi, Tanzania, 28 Patrick Ngowi is the founder of Tanzania’s leading solar brand, Helvetic Solar. Helvetic Solar supplies, installs, and maintains all types of solar power and thermal systems in Tanzania and East Africa. Ngowi’s million dollar business started with a small loan from his mother. Ngowi began by selling Chinese mobile phones. While selling phones, he discovered Tanzanians craved any access to stable and reliable electricity. Helvetic Solar was then created and has attracted clients such as the United Nations, World Vision, and the Tanzanian Army. Ngowi also provides basic lighting services to the rural poor in Tanzania through his Light for Life foundation. Ken Njoroge, Kenya, 37 In 2004, Celluant was founded by Ken Njoroge and his friend, Goke Akinboro. Celluant is a mobile commerce company that manages, delivers, and bills for digital content and commerce services. Njoroge had a vision to create Celluant after quitting his studies in pharmacy opting for a degree in information systems management. His vision was to create a fortune 500 company in Africa, out of Africa and by Africans. Njoroge did just that with revenues of over $120 million in 2012. Celluant can be found in eight African countries with hubs in Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana. Collin Thornton, South Africa, 35 While pursuing a degree in computer science at the University of Witwatersrand, Collin Thornton dropped out of school and began raising funds for what is now the million dollar computer fixing company, Dial-A-Nerd. With the help from family and friends, Thornton raised $1,000 (R5, 000) to promote his company with flyers and other promotional materials. From there, Dial-A-Nerd has grown to be a company of technicians who can repair, build, upgrade or even replace PCs at customers’ premises. Dial-A-Nerd earns an annual revenue of $10 million. Alan Knott-Craig Jr., South Africa, 36 Based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape South Africa, World of Avatar is a multi-million dollar business founded by Alan Knott- Craig Jr. As the son of the former CEO of Vodacom, an African mobile communications company, Knott-Craig Jr. began first as the CEO of MXit, a social media company and Africa’s largest social network. Before Knott-Craig Jr. stepped in, MXit was struggling and in need of support, so he gathered nearly $50 million (R500 million) in funds and bought the company. Knott-Craig Jr. then founded World of Avatar, a privately held investment company interested in companies that help improve lives and build communities using mobile devices. World Avatar acquired MXit that now has over 20 million users, and also has invested in other leading businesses. Forbes. Ten Young African Millionaires to Watch in 2013.
