He said he "will be a millionaire."

Moreover, it's not in EFCC's place to pay him. The Ministry of Fin. should be in charge of that. The man should be patient. The money was jst forfeited last week. Govt is bureaucratic

The guy just made a brilliant analysis.

His analysis could be brilliant but still irrelevant to the discuss. The government itself made the policy, the whistle blowers didn't force them to make the policy of reward.
Mind you, some citizens had already blown the whistles before the government came up with the idea of reward to motivate more citizens. Why is the guy now talking about the motivation as if it had anything to do with the issue at hand?
Shouldn't the lucky whistle blower cry out if the promise made to him is not fulfilled?

The negative effect of politics in Nigeria with the state at which the government is dribbling the whistleblower shows that there is a forthcoming propaganda that another whistleblower has surface with an accurate evidence.

I said this last month and now truely it was recently confirmed that there are 2 whistleblower and that they were trying to get the identity of the real one. Propaganda!
