Top management team of Seven Up bottling company has shown four management staff of the company at Edo Plant Benin city the exit door.

This termination was allege charge against them for stealing and selling of company products worth Thirty Million Naira. The managers include the Quality Control Manager, Plant Security Manager, Inventory Manager and the Human Resource Manager. The termination was immediate as they were sent packing in a humiliating manner without benefit.

In the same move to sanitize the company the owners of the company is doing everything in there power to bring the glory of the company back as they are in high competition with Coca-cola that is making everything possible to out run them in sales.

There is also high tension in Aba plant as rumors has it that the same team is coming down to Aba plant to do some audit after alleged Nine Million was reported missing without trace.

Due to the high level of corrupt practices common among Nigerians. If a company is going to succeed. It's important that the owners put in place pro active measures to correct corruption. else, employees that are supposed to be working towards the growth of the company. Will be reversing the company back.

This is very shameful. They are the ones who are to guard again such attitude. And worse they're stealing and selling it out, and yet collect their salary at the month's end.

Good for them, when God blessed them with a good paying job in this no job/suffering infested country, but they were not satisfied, instead they decided to bite the hands that feeds them. They should circulate their names and pictures around the internet so they would job hunt for a long time, then they will learn to appreciate the things God has blessed them with. I hate greedy people.

We should stop making excuses for dishonesty and improper conduct in this country

One of the main reasons why companies fail in Nigeria is cos of dishonesty of employees...everyone wants to steal and become rich overnight.

Have you asked yourself why large multinantional companies such as Guiness, Friesland Campina, NBL Plc and even Dangote Plc do not have Nigerians in key positions such as Managing Director, Head of Finance and Head of Technical Operations which are the most important positions...it's because of our high level of dishonesty!
