Yorubas anywhere outside of Yorubaland are settlers.

Besides, Ikwerre is not seen nor included as a tribe in Nigeria, Africa or the world.
For your information Ikwerre is a clan just like Ngwa, Mbaise, Ohuhu, Anioma, Ezza, Mbano, Ndoki, Egbema etc are clans in Igboland.
