if really he had d intention of helping d Npower pre selected voluteers... he could make d POP on dat even 4th... nd allawee should come later. stream 1 pass out on 2nd of Nov, bt allawee only arrived on 8th.... my opinion.

I think they probably want to avoid another backlash as the scheme was heavily criticized for the delay in payment then as majority were stranded hence the decision of waiting for money.
Imagine as at 4th,some of us are yet to receive allawee for November until 5th when other states have paid a week earlier,nevertheless,let's hope for quick intervention as I'm banking on that 18th.

Why don't we go and rant on twitter? Get their attention or what to u think. I hope depression will not kill me here. Since over one week now its me my room and my phone. Nowhere to go in this village. It will be unfair if they come back from camp on Monday and there's no news about us yet
