Yes and no to this, it's only 1st Cousins that's illegal here in the UK. The UK Royal family are almost all relate

I am Black British, my Mother is a Black Jamaican Jew, My Father is a British Jew (non Caucasian) he spent many years working and living in Jamaica.

Most of the cousins who are in my family were not born/raised in the same location, must of us lived all over the globe (Jews).

But in Jamaica, the had/have something called "follow line" it's a very old saying I think , means an outsider.
Peeps married within the community or parish, which meant they could be related .

You also have tiny group of Germans and their descents who live in Jamaica, SOME do it also, it keeps their bloodline going.
