Good day house. Please I need someone to help with this; My friend received an LAA from Manitoba sometimes ago. Of course he had indicated that he had a relative in Manitoba when he submitted EOI. Unfortunately the relative he has is his father's cousin who does not bear the same surname with him because their fathers share same mother and not father. Who has an idea of how he can prove we are related. Any document he needs to obtain or present? Please help urgently.

Was the same thing for me until i got a cancellation mail o. I just emailed them back and forwarded my initial mail showing all the relevant details
and they responded with an apology and by the next day, i got an official confirmation for the date allotment.
