Both. To get points for 2 of more certificates. Except you already have a good enough score, then he/she can do only the HND as the dependent.

Not correct please. @OP, please evaluate only your UK Msc. It will be faster. Even if you evaluate 10 MSc degrees, you ain't getting extra points for the 9.

Hubby is a british citizen so has a british passport however has lived in Nigeria longer than the UK so he has 2 passports a british and Nigerian passport but the middle name on the british passport is different from the middle name on the Nigerian passport eg British passport - Ade Bam Ede... Nigerian passport - Ade Chi Ede. All his docs, bank accounts are the same as the name on the Nigerian passport but he travels with the british passport as he doesnt need visa when he uses that passport. Your question is not too clear though, but you can always convert your ECA to Course by Course for academic purposes. This is usually done at the end of your ECA evaluation.

Elders in the house pls I need your help o.My wife applied for WES evaluation in December and we have been able to send her transcript in spite of the nasu strike but the problem is with her certificate as her surname was wrongly spelt. Her school said they can only do a reprint when the strike is called off and that it will take about 3 weeks for it to be ready. WES sef don wait taya so tey dem don dey send us mail ask for certificate. Her surname was spelt "ADEDAMAJA" instead of ADEDAMOLA.
What do u suggest that we do? Should we send the certificate to WES like that and explain that it was an error from the school cos I'm tired of waiting for this NASU strike to be called off

You don't need to. However, the idea of the letter is to reveal your financial situation including debts, loans and all. So it's not just about proving that you have the required funds. You get? If you could, you might just wanna get the letter and add it.

No you can't. You have to do the document by document evaluation for immigration purposes. Good thing is that you can always convert your evaluation to suit specific purposes. After WES for IRCC, you can always request that they convert it to the one for academic purposes i.e. course by course evaluation.
