This is what happen to me when am sleeping,thought it does not occur everyday.
when I close my eyes and sleep for about 1 hours,that every part of my body is shot down,if all of a sudden,NEPA interrupt the light,were am sleeping,my brain can tell me to get a hand fan for example, my brain is already work, but I will just see that my body is not responding to action,even though I which to control my hand,I can't just control it,it will be doing me as if am dreaming,for about 30 second,what can be wrong with me.doctor is the house,advice need,as anybody felt like that before is it normal,if No what is the way out

It happens to me as well. Next time, don't freak out, just relax and breathe, you'll gain control of yourself in less than five minutes that way.
