There is no legality in Christianity, we are free from the burden and the constraints of the law. "All things are lawful unto me but not all things are expedient" (1 Cor. 6:12). Christians are not required by God to pay tithes, however if anyone chooses to do so there is nothing wrong with it whatsoever.
