Even with the odd,non fashionable but friendly user interface people can barely go 2 hours without opening Nairaland twice on their respective browsers

What makes Nairaland fun and addicting to you?

lalasticlala mynd44

Lets make the thread fun and shun any form of ethnism please

The funny memes and comments but now its just ethnic and religious thread which Ops use to generate traffic to threads because Nigerians tend to embarrass each other online. They not only embarrass each other they just misbehave

I speak for myslef, it may not apply to any one else.

1- Comments are often hilarious, you would be forced to forget the relevance of the subject matter.

2 - A typical battle ground for different people from all walks of life, Atheist vs Religious, APC vs PDP critics, FTP( first time posters) vs FTC( first to comment), Ethnic group stereotype mongers Vs Tribalistic Bigots, The Intelligent poster Vs The ignorant know all, Airforce1 vs ThelifeofAirforce, Bloggers Vs Advertising spammers, Romance section Vs Business section, E-beggers vs E-detectives demanding proof, Business opportunity seekers with their little capital vs Scammers waiting to prey on them, The girl stalker vs The self acclaimed richest/handsome on here. Etc

3 - The always somebody waiting to quote you, counter you just to get likes off you, like as if likes is the currency of NL.

4 - I read my news here.

5 - The way and manner people joke, mention, tease, that Mod Lalasticalala and dude never for one day warm or frown at it, he just keeps his cool and does his mod job. Big up man.

6 - The lecturer on a thread who ends up getting owned by a professor but wouldn't bring himself to admit S/he was wrong but abandons the debate/argument.

7- The way people attacks Airforce1 for no reason is simply amusing to me, Just yesterday, News broke out on here that an upcoming artist committed suicide, I saw posts on here wishing it was Airforce1. It's so amusing to me.

8 - You cannot but come back here to read the real thoughts of people who are hypocrite in reality, I find it amusing that they bare thier honest mind online but live a contradictory life in reality for the sake of conformity/peer groups and family members. Oh i almost forgot, it's the internet and everyone has a mask on.

9 - Some people are so ignorant posting on here but the funniest part is their arrogance towards defending their ignorance. Them you just sit back and read in amusement.

10- Nairaland is an interactive platform that doesnt consume data, Yes! That helps.
