Is it that everyone that got the mail has been automatically taken on merit?

I wonder if all this happened during nnpc's recruitment. Everyone that i know got it on merit. NASS will always press for slot. Na so dem be. But how many can they actually get. I strongly feel majority will still be on merit.

I personally meet some guys today on their way to the Speaker Office, with their Test Score print out and their documents, I had to confront them, they said they were short changed during the test and the speaker had asked them to come today.

Some members are already about laying a petition on the Senate floor about the exercise and calling for outright cancellation ( where lobbying start)..

which agency will want to cancel such exams with so much resources expended already, most likely the ES will have to dish out some slots to save himself from unnecessary Abuja/Bayelsa up and down

Lol, Bro it can never be 90% connection 10% merit. Probably 50:50.

This is different trust me! Doesn’t mean they won’t pick based off merit but it would be 90% connection and 10% merit. Hence why they made the cut off mark very high so they would be able to pick few to represent the 10%.

So if you are very very intelligent then there is still chance for you cos the merit would be picked based on the best of the best.

This is the same way news of people getting in through back doors were flying around during nnpc recruitment. But guess what alot of people got it on merit. They also said going for interview was a waste of time that they had already picked people. It's all stories. Alot of people will get this recruitment on merit. Alot! Just chill and watch. You'll be shocked!

BTW, for those who wish to know what my FCC commissioner told me... The employment list had already been compiled even before the first test. They are only waiting for the formalities to be over.

The people they want to employ is very few,they have to keep on reducing the number of applicants by conducting series of exam. The third exam date nt yet fixed but any moment

That soon can be 50 years time bro. Nigeria is too too disorganized and full of selfish people in power both apc and pdp both are the same. It not until you leave Nigeria for a good country that you will know that you haven’t even started living your life. It’s good to be hopeful in Nigeria but if one is smart is better to watch Nigeria get to the so called better from outside the country

But At the risk of sounding clichéd, lemme state that knowing a problem exists never makes anyone intelligent.......even mad people know Nigeria isn’t the best it should be. If you’ve ever lived outside of this country you will feel the burden to play a role in changing this country. You can never be better than a second class citizen any other place in the world. Convenience was stated before the full stop, not after it. It ended the virtual sentence. Mine said start @ 10.....Probably they changed their minds..

The BGC test can be written in 24 hrs not necessarily the time you were given. check the email sent to you and read it.

Invite for Lagos was sent also too today. I received for Lagos.

From what I see I think they are doing it according to locations picked. Pretty sure majority would be Lagos. So they will definitely send test invites for Lagos applicants soon. Probably tomorrow or Monday I guess.

Should you have not received any mail either regret or invite, I will suggest you stay optimistic atleast for now till the weekend.

Invites for Abuja and Benin candidates were sent on different days, yesterday and today.

At least after this week, it will be safe to move on. Just my two cents.

I don't see anything wrong in someone wanting to know the salary of an organization they are applying to. It's really not a big deal at all.
