Innoson has a major catchup to do with upgrading his workshop and use of PPEs to meet with required standards. Just look at the high level of safety workshop practice abuse in that video. Folks in a factory environment without their steeltoe safety boots on, am sure they wont use sparkwatcher while welding. All these can easily be corrected by employing an experienced EHS manager and the rest becomes history.
More than half the workers in that video were putting on slippers, not even covered shoes but slippers .........ordinary slippers ooo, in a factory environment. Who does that?

A city is like a woman. If she is beautiful and we'll mannered she attracts rich men if she is ugly and raw she will draw poor men. Kigali and Nairobi draw more international investment than Lagos. Their streets are clean, people are well mannered, trees are everywhere and they have 24 hour power.

Anambra should aim to do the same. Clean cities up you.will see sophisticated investment not just people selling torches out of wheelbarrows.

true talk bro but I don't think Nairobi has international investor more than Lagos but Anambra can wake up and make sure there city clean Anambra is backbone in all south east and south south region .

Don't know your intention with this post.

The Niger Delta militants have never been Igboman's problem, nor did they target Igbo people.

We have a bunch of those Afonja people here.

Their mission is simply "DIVIDE and CONQUER" !

If they are not pitching Anambra against Imo, Enugu or Ebonyi, then it's against the Niger Deltans.

Yet, they see what Ambode is doing to Igbos in Lagos, they see Fulani herdsmen killing and raping village women, they aren't interested because it's their people doing it.

They are terrified that Igbo and Niger Deltans have united against their oppressors.

Just ignore him, he will get tired when he realizes that everyone knows his silly game.

Nairobi is regional HQ for UNEP, UN habitat, IBM, Coca Cola, World Bank, Standard Chartered, Merck, GE, Airtel, Visa, Mastercard Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Cisco, CDC and lots more. Nairobi is far better planned than Lagos:

Lagos is an overrated dump that foreigners cannot wait to run from. You suffer power shortages, congested roads, lack of space.

As for Anambra the cities are still small but planning should start now before lawlessness and disorganization permanently sets in. Onitsha should be a lot better than it is. Showcasing the Awka express when the inner city is chaos is disingenuous. The state government needs to do a lot more for those two cities in terms of roads and controlling street trading.

A size-able population of Anambra residents and businesses are located in Nnewi.

That city has had the worst neglect compared to even Onitsha and Awka.

Nnewi needs A LOT of intervention in helping it become a decent place for living and investment.

THE POWER OF A DREAM: UMUCHUKWU, ORUMBA SOUTH LOCAL GOVT....
GUESS WHERE THIS COULD POSSIBLY BE.....

Our dynamic train pulled up at Umuchukwu, a community in Orumba South Local Govt. The experience was surreal. It’s almost as if a fairy with a magic wand alighted upon this hitherto rustic little town and sprinkled dazzling stardust upon it. Not So. All one sees all around is the manifestation of the dream of one man. And it was indeed a technicolor dream. Dr Godwin Maduka, aptly titled the ‘Lion Of Africa’ has literary singlehandedly created Utopia out of idle land mass. A world class physician based in Las Vegas, USA, his dream is to transplant the splendor of his adopted environment in US and create something out of nothing. For his community he built a 17 storey multipurpose skyscraper, a world class High Court, Magistrate Court, Town Hall, Educational Institutions, Civic centre, police station, health Centre, judges residential buildings, churches, Research Centre, monastery and a lot more in addition to building houses for members of his community, tarring roads and providing other facilities. Little wonder then that he is immensely loved and adored by his people, and acclaimed all over our beloved state and beyond. Our team stormed Umuchukwu to solicit his blessings . We undertook a tour of this incredible place and we were nothing short of awestruck. His people turned out in droves to welcome us and eulogize him.....And affirm once more that they are Umuchukwu....God’s own people. God has surely demonstrated this by blessing them with such a visionary and generous son who has changed for all time the narrative of their community. And though we were not in Vegas, we hit the Jackpot! The Lion Of Africa did not only give us his blessings, he also gave us his unequivocal endorsement! # God is in control! I have to say that blue building is a white elephant that is ugly and non functional. Dr. Maduka would have done more for his people by funding schools with books, equipment and basic hospitals with drugs, staff not building a skyscraper in a village.

Shut up. Which one have you built for even yourself not to talk of others. You are useless as you are worthless on this thread because all you do is sit down and condemn everything and anything. People like you are cursed in the real life. If someone like you is in the village, it will be disastrous as anyone that is progressing in your community will be eliminated by you.

The Speaker represented by the Majority Leader, Chief Victor Okoye commended the organization for being at the mainstream of ensuring stability, progress and development of oil and gas producing areas.

Barrister Maduagwu charged the organization to ensure that the indigenes of oil and gas producing communities are giving priority in terms of employment and welfare, as it will give them a sense of belonging and save government facilities from theft.

She assured that the House would give them every support they need to succeed in Anambra state.

Illegal Marine Settlement in Onitsha cleared as the fight against crime in Anambra continues

The illegal marine settlement in Onitsha has been cleared by the Anambra state government. The operation was led by the combined team of the Anambra State Physical Planning Board, Ministries of Land, Transportation, Operation Clean and Healthy Anambra and others.

Before the operation on the 1st day of August, 2018, the illegal occupiers were duly served quit notices by ANSPPB.
The illegal settlement which has existed for more than thirty years served as haven for all manner of criminals that terrorize the state.

He further declared that, other places that harbour illegal settlements like the former demolished illegal marine settlement will soon be visited by the Taskforce.

He said "I have provided a token to the former occupants to allow them take their properties home. Everywhere in Anambra today is an urban or semi-urban area. Anambra has the best inter-community roads in Nigeria which has engendered drastic urbanization. One could actually be living in his home town while trading in Onitsha instead of living in shanties as previously obtained here".

Speaking during the demolition, the Chairman, Anambra State Physical Planning Board, Barr. Chike Maduekwe observed that in keeping with the visions of the Willie Obiano led government, all illegal structures in the state must be pulled down as they constitute threats to the environment and endanger lives of both the inhabitants and the neighbors. He said "About five different notices were extended to the former occupants of these structures but as you can see, almost all of them did not comply.

On his part, the Commissioner for Transport in the State, Sir Uchenna Okafor observed that the demolition exercise was in line with the land/shores reclamation agenda of the state government to provide for better views of the rivers in the state. Hon. Okafor who said, the blueprint for Water Transportation in the state is being worked out, observed that owners of illegal structures along river banks in the state should remove them or lose them to the Taskforce. "Soon, the state government will be embarking on construction of jetties and leisure parks along the banks and shores of the rivers in the state, which is in keeping with the visions of Governor Obiano in exploring the state's potentials on water transportation, tourism and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our waterways to the visitors".

No! The white building which is the UMUCHUKWU HIGH COURT was completely repainted and reroofed. It started 1 month ago....FROM THIS-

Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by investnow2013: 10:22am On Aug 19, 2018
TO THIS- Although minor work continues at the back of the building! This structure is very similar to the America's Supreme Court. It was built by Dr Godwin Maduka ( LION OF AFRICA ) for Anambra State Judiciary.

The building is to serve as the High Court of Umuchukwu in Orumba South LGA of Anambra State, the home town of the Lion of Africa.

What else would the Anambra born LION OF AFRICA who is the the number one Black physician in Las Vegas do to please the people he loves?

May God continue to bless and strengthen Dr. Godwin Maduka of Umuchukwu town.

My journey to Umuchukwu in Orumba South LGA today.

I was supposed to feature in a case today at the High Court, sitting at Ekwulobia in Aguata LGA. However, on arriving at the Court, I was informed that my case file had been transferred to the High Court, Umuchukwu. We immediately proceeded to Umuchukwu and we arrived safely and timeously.

Kindly be informed that Anambra State judiciary recently created additional three Judiciary Division at Anaocha LGA, Ogbaru LGA and Orumba South LGA thereby bringing the number of High Court Judicial Division in Anambra to ten (10).

On getting to the High Court complex, we were shocked by the sight of edifices put up by a single man.

May God continue to bless and strengthen Dr. Godwin Maduka.
He is from Umuchukwu town in Orumba South LGA of Anambra state.
A man like Dr. Godwin Maduka is very rare to exist in the whole, especially in a country like Nigerian.
Dr. Godwin Maduka has single handedly built 1. A High Court complex fully furnished with modern equipment,
2. Judges quarters fully furnished with modern equipment,
3. Judiciary staff quarters fully furnished with equipment,
4. SARS quarters fully furnished with modern equipment,
5. Police quarters fully furnished with equipment,
6. Churches for Catholics and Anglican,
7. Residential apartments for many families in Umuchukwu,
8.Roads in Umuchukwu,
9.Magistrate's Court complex fully furnished with modern equipment. etc

Please note that I have not met this young man face to face till date but I have heard alot about him and his great strides in Umuchukwu. Today I saw his great works in his home town and I verily believe that he is a man with a heart of gold.

The truth is that there are so many Anambrarians who may have more money than Dr. Godwin Maduka but will not think of helping anyone let alone building sophisticated structures and infrastructures for the use of the people.

Dr. Godwin Maduka built all the above and handed them over to the general public. Why will God not continue to bless him?

Join me to pray to God for more blessings upon Dr. Godwin Maduka of Umuchukwu town in Orumba South LGA.
