I am not even talking about all the roads he promised to construct or dualize which has simply become a pipe dream. Strategic Roads such as the Nkisi - 33- Agulari road which was promised to be dualized to ease access to Onitsha by residents of the New Nkwelle -Ezunaka residential areas. . It's truly so sad!
