even if it is publicity, there is a big difference between someone that calls a meeting to sympathize with you and someone that does something to actually help rather than gives orders.
Don't like the man but in this action, he is better that a NEPA bill holding official.

That means the governors are majorly the people hoarding the fuel meant for the masses. Multiply 60,000 liters by 36. I pity for Nigerian masses. Thank you @fayose for not hoarding our fuel.
