Mention the ethnic group that dominates the importation.?

I want you to mention your ethnic group known for building mud houses so that I will ask you why they can't build descent homes if they can import.

@ peniscap, I want this anti Igbo soul to mention his Ethnic group.

You have a low IQ

We don't have sea in Nigeria.

What we have at our southern border is an Ocean called Atlantic ocean.

Dredge River Niger to accommodate ships as done in Northern & Central Europe.

Pls read well before quoting me

Abeg no vex!

What is sea first

I know Fulani herdsmen terrorism have caused you to lose your intelligence.

We don't have sea at our Southern border but an Ocean called Atlantic ocean.

Dredge River Niger unto Markurdi and Minna to ease importation.

YarAdua would have done it but died before he could.

They should have called it Ocean port according to Afonja logic

I will answer your question after we settle once and for all if what we have at the Southern border is an Ocean or Sea.

If Ocean, why don't we call it Ocean port.?

Riverport and seaport are used interchangeablely.

Seaport definition is a port or harbor accessible to [b]sea going ships[/b

Bros u are still far!

Cool down u will soon learn new things today
U here.....

The problem u have is that when we talk of ships.....what comes to your mind is TITANIC....

When we talk about seaport what come to your mind is intercontinental coast....

But you forget that the Gigantic and big are the same. it just that u want d reader to understand how Big it is....

Ocean, sea, river, lake, stream....are thesame but different purposes.......

The topic said we need seaport "meaning they can convert the above mentioned to seaport"

Ocean, sea can be convert to lake and reverse the case...

So, when an issue is raised don't just read d comment ok.

Cure your ignorance here
In terms of geography, a sea is part of the ocean partially enclosed by land. Seas are found on the margins of the ocean and are partially enclosed by land. Here, you can see that the Bering Sea is part of the Pacific Ocean.

You can continue your arguement from Abakaliki.

According to Ibos, there is no difference between a River Port (Onitsha) and a Sea port (Apapa port). According to them, an ocean going vessel can easily navigate into a river port regardless of the depth and tonnage. grin grin

Atiku will address all those challenges in 2019, first of June 2019, to be precise.

With the aid of pipes and pumping machine sucking water from River Niger and discharging in Onitsha, a sea port in Onitsha can be achieved.

A sea port does not necessarily have to be built in a sea, get some education.
Oh really? And where will it be built?

Earthquake1:
They are afraid, if Igbos withdraw from patronizing the western seaports they would only be left with skull mining as a means of IGR.
There are no western sea ports. There are only Lagos sea ports, located at Apapa and Tincan. Absolutely nothing stops the Igbo from patronising Onne seaport. So why complain about patronising Lagos sea ports?
