Female communication can upset, annoy and cause misunderstanding to men. most times, men find it extremely hard to understand what a woman is saying. Communication involves the ways that people express themselves to others and can be verbal (like talking) or nonverbal (like writing or body language). Needless to say, communication is a major part of running a business,  it's important for people of different genders to learn to communicate well with each other. it is somehow tasking for the men to actually understand females sometimes during conversation.

one thing men have to understand about women is that they connect though conversation as that is the point at which their emotions comes to its highest point.  According to Barton Goldsmith, Ph.D. a psychotherapist, in the “Psychology Today” article, “Men, Women, Emotions and Communication.” When a woman wants to talk, she wants to share emotions and thoughts, while a man generally shares ideas, suggestions and facts and avoids talking about feelings.

one thing we all know is that women use a lot of body language to communicate their feelings, and sometimes they are confusing. they use eye contacts, gestures and lots of animated facial expressions which i am sure the emoticon comes from. we've all gone out with our mums when we were little and she doesn't need to say anything but just her eyes tells you what not to do. According to psychotherapist Susan Sherwood, Ph.D., in the article, “10 Ways Men and Women Communicate Differently” on Discovery.com. A woman often prefers talking while sitting or standing in a cluster of people where everyone is face-to-face. A man prefers talking shoulder-to-shoulder in an angled pattern where he and his friends can take in the room. A woman might gesticulate, raise her eyebrows, incline her head and shrug her shoulders during the conversation. The man often prefers relaxed, sprawled pose and keeps the body language and facial expressions more contained, reveals Sherwood. best way to understand a woman through these expressions is to actually listen to them attentively as, they might and some actually used all at once.

while communicating with a woman, she will make use of sounds or words to show that she is listening to you. she makes use of  'ok', 'uh huh', etc. using those words shows she is actually listening to what you are saying. when she keeps quiet and not say anything is when she is not listening. always make sure to get a reply from her to make sure your conversation is not one sided.

Women are more likely to talk to other women when they have a problem or need to make a decision. if you as a guy is not ready to help with her problems, don't stop her when she talks to her friends. a man once said that conversing with his wife is like being on who wants to be a millionaire because you have to get all questions right. failure to get the question right or make the wrong statements results to heaven on earth. you, have to know it is not that hard conversing with a woman. most of the time, it is the thought that counts, or the understanding you give to their problems, no matter how mundane it seems. some of the things they worry about, might not be worth the worry, all you have to do is assure them that it will all be better.

Some say, best way to handle a lady is to give her all she wants and that way, you will have peace of mind. well, that is not true. Giving a lady all she asks for doesn't guarantee a peace of mind, it only hides whatever she is feeling inside. I heard of the story of a man that cheated on his wife, when she found out, he gave her everything she has ever asked for as a way to say he is sorry, but later after he had gotten her her wants, she poured her urine on him at night when he was asleep. what he did was not an apology, but a repression. all he did was repress her anger. she kept it all in and collected all he had to offer before showing her anger. He never gave a definite apology as she wanted him to do. (i won't give you ways to apologies to your wives or girlfriends when you cheat on them because, they weren't meant to be cheated on in the first place). Giving material things as a way to apologize isn't the real apology a lady wants, but knowing that you understand the depth of pain that she felt over what you must have done. 

Dealing with women is itself a tasking work, but when you sit, relax and observe your woman, you will know what to do and you will understand her type of person better.

Why not tell the female folks to just be straight forward? Don't normalize their hot and cold attitude
