That can only be done at your present INEC local government office, you'd apply for a transfer of polling unit, and you do that in writing.

In some months time, INEC will send out their ad-hoc staff to start voters card registration. It might start by the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year.

Yes, am a personnel in inec. Just visit your local govt nd ask for inec office. INEC is now into continuous voter registration CVR. Go wit one or two pass port btw Mon to fri

copy down the vin..go to the nearest inec office and complain but tell them that you have your vin...i tink the can take it from there
